Most Commonly Asked Questions And Answers:

Q: How did you get introduced to the world of acting?

A: My first encounter with acting was when my sister was asked to audition for a talent agent in Chicago. She was nervous to go alone and asked me to go with her, sort of a bodyguard type. Well, at sixteen I thought I was invincible and was eager to protect my sister from the sinister agents. Once we got there, the agent walked into the waiting room and saw me flipping through an industry magazine. He asked if I was an actor and immediately I said, 'of course not.' A few questions and answers later, I found myself in his office auditioning. He signed me on the spot and sent me to an acting coach.

Q: What do you do when you’re not working on a film project?

A: I watch a lot of movies and I write screenplays. So far I've written over a dozen screenplays one of which is "Placebo Effect." It was produced and released theatrically. I co-wrote "Scared" and it’s now in postproduction. I've written several hundred poems, some were published and others are in a manuscript. I lift weights and even do aerobics a couple of days a week. I hate aerobics.

Q: Do you have a significant other?

A: No. Relationships are too complicated.

Q: When is your birthday?

A: I was born on February 23, which makes me a Pisces. In the Chinese calendar I'm a fire horse. I guess that's a dangerous combination. I don't know too much about astrology.

Q: Do you have a close relationship with your family?

A: I love my family very much. My mom, my sister and I are like a close knit team that struggled in the early days, made it to the playoffs, won the division and now we're bringing home the title. In my opinion, family is a very important element of any person's life. There are those people that are happy without the family structure and that's great for them, but I feel more complete knowing that I have that support element when I need it.

Q: What are your goals?

A: I have short-term goals and long-term goals. In the near future I'd like to get a few more screenplays produced as well as take on meaningful acting jobs. Long term, I'd like to write and direct a film dedicated to my mother showing the struggles and turmoil she had to face. I'd also like to make a difference to people in need through charities and relief organizations.
